Porky Good!
Delicious pork chops marinaded in Thai sauce over sesame noodles!
Ingredients
For the pork chops
- 3tbsp soy sauce
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1tsp black pepper
- 2tbsp corn starch
- 1 1/2pounds boneless thin cut pork chops
For the noodles
- 1pound thin spaghetti
- 1pound Asian rice noodles
- 1/2cup green onionssliced
- 2tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 1tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2tbsp peanut oil
- 1cup snow peascleaned and sliced into half
- 1cup shredded carrot
Instructions
- Whisk the soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and corn starch together well.
- Pour the mixture into a re-sealable plastic bag and add the pork to it.
- Shake the bag to coat the pork and refrigerate it overnight.
- Cook and drain the noodles.
- Mix the green onions, sesame oil, salt and pepper flakes into the noodles.
- In the peanut oil, fry the snow peas and carrots for five minutes.
- Add a little more peanut oil to the pan and fry the pork chops for three minutes on each side.
- Stir the vegetables back into the pork fry and toss.
- Take the pork off the heat and pour the pork and vegetables over the noodles.
- Serve and enjoy!
